Services

Vastuveda Designs provides architectural design, interior design, exterior design, vastu consultation, and construction management services. The specific scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each project are outlined in individual project agreements.

Intellectual Property

All design work, drawings, visualizations, and creative materials produced by Vastuveda Designs remain the intellectual property of Vastuveda Designs until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, the client receives a license to use the designs for the specified project.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about site conditions, plot dimensions, and project requirements
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
• Timely payment as per agreed schedules
• Providing feedback within agreed timeframes to avoid project delays

Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in individual project contracts. Late payments may result in work being paused until payment is received. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.

Revisions and Changes

The number of revision rounds included in each package is specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

Vastuveda Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with applicable Nepalese law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
